Concentric slave cylinders are used in performance and motorsport applications where a traditional clutch release system is not suffice. There are also known as CSCs, Internal release bearings, Hydraulic Release Bearings (HRBs) and various other names. Either bearing selection, clutch ratio or even engine bay/ driveline real-estate is a problem. This range of performance concentric slave cylinders have been specifically designed for motorsport applications or for gearbox adaptations.

Body and piston are constructed from billet 6061 alloy, they use high quality OEM square EPDM rubber seals. They can be optioned with either a threaded adjustment sleeve to change the length or a fixed two bolt mount system to solid mount to an adapter for the transmission.

The piston has a total stroke length of 17mm. The slaves range in compressed length from 46mm to 49mm depending on the bearing type.

The slave cylinder piston has an area that is most suitable to be set up with a ¾” (19mm) bore master cylinder. When used with smaller race clutches (51mm contact) they can be set up with a 5/8” (16mm) master.

There are 3 different bearing combinations to suit your clutch.

51mm Round Bearing Contact – Flat diaphragm race clutches, Tilton, AP, OS Giken, ORC, Xtreme Clutch 184mm to 225mm. Small hole flat diaphragm (38+mm).

65mm Round Bearing Contact – Suits Nissan single plate clutches. Large hole flat diaphragm (55mm+)

Flat Face Bearing – Suits rolled/ curved diaphragms, GM/ Ford 10.5” 11” and12”
